We purchased a villa a year ago with the plan to visit when we can and rent out. Our ultimate goal is to be "snow birds" to live in Minnesota part time and The Villages the other time. We are seeking someone who would be available to clean the villa after a renter leaves as well as check in on the villa to flush toilets and do a walkthrough to make sure there are no issues with the villa.

Does anyone have this type of service? Can you refer someone/organization?
