This kind of stuff is very important. Very nice people can get nicknames from some of the main players in liquor supplying business during prohibition. My grandfather named me Nucky because he would give me a wad of cash as a little kid and I would count it like someone he knew. Nucky Thompson. There is another story in our family about a cousin who couldn't say Lucky but could say Nucky. So there you go. I was young, Grandfather was a drinker, who really knows.
