VERY exciting! ... And very cute comment about being excited over concrete.

We're in the process of buying a house on Ridgewood Path, across from the future Manatee Rec Center. Won't be able to be snow birds from Michigan for a couple of years, but can't wait to get down there again in April.

Nancy & Richard,
It is truly unbelievable how quickly the house comes together! And soon, your lovely slab of concrete will be your very own home.
We close on 2-11 and plan to be down the first week of March to start settling in! Can't wait!
Keep posting your pics - we enjoy seeing the progress.

Nancy and Richard:
Love the pictures and can feel your excitement! We will hopefully be building in a few months in Fernandina on Abana Path and cannot wait to join you!

Nancy, so cool to see pics of your house already. Can you believe it's happening so fast? I'm assuming that's you and Richard in the one. Great to put a face to the names. Keep these updates coming. Folks like us who've waited a whole year to build can remain hopeful.

Congratulations, it is very exciting. So nice you can be there while you are building. We had to rely on pictures friends sent us.
