I just received my amenities bill today and it has been raised $5. I live in Sunset Pointe. Has anyone else received a raise?

Your amenity fee goes up annually based on the CPI rate. The start of your amenity fees is the date of the contract for purchase of the lot.

I signed my contract to purchase in August.

Our amenities were increased to $135.40 one year after the property transaction was completed (one year after the property was registered in our names).

I purchased in May and mine goes up on the April Bill which is payable in May. My April bill has a note about the amenity charge that says "Amn Fee changed this month". The ones prior said "AMN next calculation date 05/2008" so I assume the new fee is changed on the month's before bill which is not due until the signing month (in my case anyway).
