I almost bought gas there the other week. changed my mind for the following reasons:
1) they charge extra for credit card purchases
2) they were 35 cents a gallon higher then Sam's where I get an additional 5% cash back

Our cars require minimum octane of 91--not suggested

Where gas stations make money is not at the pump but at the convenience store. And we sure pay for that convenience.

Shell is back open and pumping. $2.13 9/10. Cheaper then 466 was yesterday.
Glad so many people don't like him it's right around the corner from my house and when you use the Shell CC from Publix $50. card for $40 with the coupon it's a real bargain. Now I know I'm going to hear Publix is to expensive.

get the card from publix when on sale and combine it with WD fuel perks. I have never had a problem with this station and I can't understand why so many here pimp Marathon. Marathon charges more for debit/credit, just like the Shell station and their prices are generally higher.

are you gonna tell me that this hasnt been going on for years??? It's not a business if they dont know how to run it... you lneed to order gas and PAY for gas to make it a business... the "computer" problem is BOGUS!

Considering his cash register was open and he was calculating tax by hand and recording it by hand, I sincerely doubt anything was bogus but the assumptions made here.

When he was the only game in town so to speak, he did charge more for gas. Now that there is competition, his prices are frequently some of the lowest around. He's even been lower than Sam's Club and Race Track a few times.
