Default Costco? Don Wiley video

Does anyone have any updates?

I haven’t heard or read anything new on when Costco will be breaking ground in the lot next to Hobby Lobby.

It took a while for them to start construction in Claremont, but once they did it went up quick.

Now Portillo's in Lady Lake might be dead.

if I recall correctly , the original announcement mentioned October as planned start date.

Things could have changed since then, we'll see.

I saw it in the palantir.

It will be about 6 months out when you see it listed at the link below. I expect it will show up on that link in November.

I wish they would hurry up so take about 1/4 pressure off Walmart down street. Fresh market might as well close now

I heard around next October, but don't worry, Costco wants it done too...

I think so. There are things at Fresh Market I can't get at Costco (and I love Costco). I, for one, will still be getting things at Fresh Market. If anything, it's a bigger threat to Publix and Walmart (though I don't think they will be run out of business either).

I question if BJ will survive. I do hope so as they have some things the others do not.

As soon as this new Costco opens, I don't think I will need my Sams Club membership.
