Default Women's History Month in TV

March is Women's History Month. This month is well celebrated on college campuses like the one where I have worked for the past 32 years (10 more weeks to go before coming down to the Villages permanently!)

I was wondering how the Villages Celebrates this month?

Are there any official events? (I see all the activities around Columbus Day and St. Patrick's Day; is there something to commemorate International Women's Day on Friday, March 8th?)

Are any of the clubs doing something special to honor women this month?

Are the Book Clubs reading any works by or about women this month?

Do the libraries have special exhibits on Women's history?

Just wondering...

I know you are serious.

But I can't be serious for very long.

This plaque rests on my desk.
