Who else other than Suburban delivers propane to your underground tank.
They filled ours while we were away and we had not requested any.
Then they added a late fee (we had never received a bill) and added a $10.00 safety training fee which is a totally bogus fee.
So where to get propane delivered besides them?

Most likely you were a keep full that is they have a regular schedule to keep you from running out or getting one huge bill. Call in is what you wanted you call them when you need fuel. I know it is a mistake for most people to keep an eye on there own fuel. They run out pilot lights out cost to relight. It is always an emergency when you let it run out and the company has to do it right now! Ask them to drop th $10 late fee and the training $'s never heard of. Most companies want to keep your business and will drop the fee if you haven't been a problem. Always do a price check at least once a year to make sure they are staying in line with other companies.
