Default Window Repair

We have a 2004 designer with a window that has a black gasket that is between the double panes which is rising out of place. This could be a common problem with windows installed in that timeframe as many of the windows in my brother's 2003 built home are doing the same thing. I am curious if anyone has experienced this and if they found a window/glass shop that could make the repair. Thanks in advance for your insight.

If it is between the panes, I think you will need a new glass panel. I would call the warranty department. They can tell you what company installed the windows.
