We had our lanai done a few years back...very satisfied. We used Chill Outback (sales group) and Sauer & Sons (contractor).

Simonton is the Cadillac of vinyl windows. They have several series, all utilize good hardware and quality construction, some have more bells and whistles but still a great value. I believe the 5500 Reflections is the top tier.

I had them installed in my lanai 10 years ago. After 9 years years we found the seals had leaked and had 4 windows replaced. They were still under warranty and didn't cost us anything to have them replaced.
