I live in Largo and have a Winegard amplified RV antenna (GS-2200) with the optional Wingman module attached and it is in our attic. The transmitting towers are about 60 miles away. The antenna is mounted in our attic and faces the transmitting towers in Orlando. We pick up all the Orlando stations and are satisfied. We do not have cable television but do have internet. You can go to the Winegard website and look for Sensar VHF UHF TV Antennas for RV's with the optional Wingman option. We get close to 18 stations. Most are religious or old time programming. We only wanted the major stations like Fox, NBC, CBS, etc. and get those fine. Not sure how technical astute you are.... you have to connect the cable from the antenna in the attic to the cable that runs to your TV at the junction box outside your house. Then at your TV cable outlet, you run a cable to a splitter where the powered amplifier runs power to the antenna but also removes the power and always you to connect to your local TV. Good luck and hope others can provide guidance on what they may have done.

I believe we have a DB4e from AntennasDirect.com that was installed in our attic by Tom at TheVillagesAV.com. We pull in 50+ channels from Orlando. There aren't actually "digital antennas" - you want a UHF antenna.
