Question Cancellation of entertainment at the town squares for weather
How cold does it have to be before the live entertainment at the town squares is cancelled? Is there a steadfast rule of thumb?

Default No entertainment tonight
[I]just looked at the live web cams and Spanish Springs is the only place that has entertainment. The other two squares are dark. Is 8:36

Ever try to play guitar in 39 degree weather? Not much fun. Especially with the wind blowing!

We are from the Quad Cities............Bettendorf! A wonderful place to live, except during the winter! lol We moved here peremanently this December.
