Default Sinking road - to whom should I report this?

Not actually in TV, but between the gate in the prehistoric section that caused so much fun a few years ago ("The Wall") and the new BJ's there are two sections of road that are made of brick pavers rather than tarmac.

While these look attractive, the recent increase in traffic over there has caused some areas of paver to subside which, even slowing right down, gives a golf cart a rough ride. Who is responsible for maintaining those roads and how do I contact them?

Thank you

A quick glance at a map would suggest it is in unincorporated Sumter County, so I would think the Public Works Department would be a place to start. 352-689-4400.
