I have an EZ bed in a twin size. It is very comfortable and guests like it. Have had it for about 3 years and used multiple times. Wish I had gotten one a little bigger. It is the coolest thing when it "crawls" out and "crawls" in.

You can also put an air mattress on the sofa sleeper to make it more comfortable and would be off the floor as well.

Just make sure the guest bed is not too comfortable or your guests may stay!

The BR2 and BR3 sizes are one of the benefits we saw in the Lantana:

The front one measures 15'9" x 11'8" -- that's what we'll use as our office/den. Overlooks the front yard, and has a bay window.

The other bedroom is 12'2" x 12'5" -- that's what we'll use as the combo guest bedroom and exercise room. This is the room where we're deciding on a sleeper sofa, EZ inflatable bed, or whatever. Seems questionable to devote this room to a full, queen-sized bed that would be used only 4-6 weeks a year. We would like to also make this into our exercise room (incl. a treadmill). Got to try and stay healthy!

Any further ideas on how best to utilize BR2 and BR3 would be appreciated. Both have closets.
