Default Sliding Glass Door Moisture/ Home Warranty

Has anyone had a problem with the seal on the sliding glass door leaking and moisture getting between the panes of glass. Just wondering if there is someone you have found reliable to fix it, or would it be under our home warranty. Our house was built in 2012.
Thanks for any help.

I have the moisture problem. Mine is out of warranty. I inquired about repair and was told the repairs do not last and for the difference in price between repair and replace I should replace. New cost $1200.

You might call the manufacturer of the door directly. I had a similar problem back up north, and found out that they had a 10 year warranty for moisture inside the glass due to seal failure. I was able to get these repaired at no cost. There should be a sticker with the original mfg info, if not home warranty might be able to help, but they might have only the installer, and I am sure the installer is not going to provide a warranty.
Hope this helps.

Call home warranty. Under 5 no charge. 5-10 labor only. We had the seal let go on one of our windows and they sent out Custom Windows last year at no charge (under 5). Now 6 years old another went and they sent RoMac, window no charge, labor $95. They won't just give you the window, we tried.

We had a patio door with a leaking seal,
our home was built in 2004 and it was covered under
warranty in January 2015, so I would think yours might still be under warranty.
We only paid $95 for replacement labor.
