I cannot believe how fast people drive on Hwy 42. Some going over 60 in a 45 zone..no cops?

Since I never exceed the posed speed limit, I get passed all the time. It doesn't bother me at all.

I figure that almost all of the speeders are more skilled drivers than I am. Otherwise, they would have already been killed in an auto accident.

Besides, if you get into a accident with a speeder, you can share the fault......

Some drive 50 down B/V off 42. I find few roads in or around villages majority drive above speed limit.

If you’re talking about stretch from 441 to 301, they go right by sheriff’s Southern headquarters buildings, guess that’s safest place to speed? There always few that drive well above speed limit I travel that road frequently most seem to say around 50 or below?

People are constantly going 60 on BV, Morse, 466 and 466a...

Rarely do I ever see any cops on 42 or 441!! The maniacs know it and go even faster, normally in large SUV's, cutting in and out of traffic! Not to mention running red lights and tailgating!

I find local, county and State officials very responsive to my emails, I don't always get my way but they do listen and do respond whether it's asking for speed enforcement from the police or trash on the side of the roads getting picked up or grass cut or signs taken down or put up it's very easy to shoot off an email since there are so many different websites that say contact us. You won't get in trouble it takes 5 minutes and you'll feel better for it. I had half a million dollars spent 1 year on the road leading out the back of our community from just a simple few phone calls
