there is a little bit of risk in everything we do. 20mph in a cart is OK? But 21 mph makes you entitled?
My cart has been adjusted to top out at 22mph. I get passed often. I have never seen one of those carts smashed up immediately after passing me.
Cars are designed to be safe at 5 mph over the speed limit? Really?? Ever seen what happens to a car when it crashes at 50 mph? How about at 70mph? That is the speed limit on many interstates. I'd rather be in a cart at 22mph, myself, but to each his own.
