There is a very worthwhile article by Nancy Wood on D7 of The Villages Daily Sun Sunday, March 7, 2021 entitled "Extraordinary People Aplenty". She talks about her experiences during an outing to CR466 Publix on last Tuesday.

I was there that Tuesday but walking around the parking lot on the way to Doggie Doo Run Run. We had to make some copies of legal documents at a store in that shopping center while my brother went inside I kept Beau company.

Ms. Wood writes about all the funny stuff that happened to her in Publix and the chance encounters she had with joyful people.

And then the accident that Tuesday that brought on a lot of emergency vehicles to CR466 and CR101.

I will admit that I have met many extraordinary people here in the Villages since we moved here in June of 2005. People who will go out of their way to help others. Like the retired engineer who took up drawing as a hobby and would draw many people at Doggie Doo Run Run and then started teaching sketching at one of the many Villages' recreational centers.
