Default Snowed In

We're here in Wisconsin and snowed in today. It is beautiful and cozy, but we're packing for our drive back to The Villages next week. Friends have been calling to tell us about the almost 80 degree temperatures there. We can't wait!!

The snow missed the Twin Cities this time. Hope everybody is okay. Knowing you're headed for TV soon has to soften the blow.

Don't feel too bad...The Villages has a freeze advisory for Sat morning when temperatures are supposed to be in the low 30's. However, it is supposed to warm up quickly after that.

It's turning cold tomorrow....and rainy, all due to the big weather system tracking over the Midwest!

I live in Maple Grove these days but grew up in a small central Minnesota town not far from Saint Cloud. I moved back to Minnesota after a long absence but now am hoping to spend my senior years in Florida. I think we've moved enough snow, haven't we? Now it's someone else's turn.

Just for the Northerners - I played golf at Hawk's Bay this afternoon in shorts, golf shirt, and sunglasses! Temps were in the upper 70's. Think of that while you are pushing that snowshovel!

Wind chill temps in the single digits, some iced over roads, gloomy skies - welcome to Ohio.
