Apparently not everyone. About an hour ago was passed by a 12-13 year old driving and 8- and 6-year-old.

The county must designate county roads that can be golf cart roads. The county/municipality MUST first determine if said road can be operated safely by a golf cart. Possibly, North Morse may not be safe. Is North Morse a County Road or a municipal road? That dictates who authorizes it’s safe.

Over 18, you just need a phot ID, not a drivers license.

I don't know much about north Morse. But is it the same as Megisson in the Citrus Grove/Newell/Lake Denham area with the diamond lane for carts?

If that's the case is that diamond cart lane considered a public road or a MMP?
