I'm in a predicament! I was part of the Owens Corning recall for replacement shingles. I have solar panels on my roof which were removed by Jack's Solar. Shingles were replaced two months ago so that part is finished. I've been calling Jack's Solar now for two months to have my panels reinstalled.

I was told over and over again that they would be here. I was given a date and time. This has happened at least five times in two months and the solar panels are still on the ground. I've left repeated messages; their Customer Service person's mailbox is full. A key person that worked for Jack is no longer with him.

I need this done; landscapers can't come in because the panels are in the back where I need landscaping!

Is there another company around here that installs Solar Panels? Appreciate any referrals. Thanks

I thought I was going to be able to help, as my neighbor had panels installed, but he just got back to be and he used Jacks also.............

check under the contractors section on this web site, there should be someone else that can help.
