Just recently settled on our new home. To anyone that got a cabinet as part of their kitchen or laundry room layout that is actually a file cabinet: did you get the part that allows you to actually hang file folders?

We were sort of surprised when we opened ours up (we bought an Ivy so there's a desk area in the laundry room that includes a file cabinet) and there's no structure to hang hanging file folders from.

I know you can buy them but was wondering if they don't put them in because they "disappear" before closing (like shower heads, etc.) and all we have to do is ask for them.

Actually, in the time it took me to post this, I probably could have driven to Office Depot to buy them! Hahaha!

My experience is that the cabinets do not come with the file hangers.
