Default SOLD - Under contract
HOORAY! we've gotten a signed contract and we're through attorney review. Now we just have to pass inspections and we're on our way. We'll be in TV in June.

Thanks everyone for the congrats. We are so excited. Keep your fingers and toes crossed that all inspections, and anything else we have to do when selling goes well. Eighteen months has been a long time and we're down one-third from our original price but TV is within our sights. F16 I think you started the wave so hang in there everyone your day is coming.
