Is there a best time to buy in the villages. We would like to live there before next winter.

Waiting is foolish. The best time to buy is when you find the house that meets all of your wants. Start looking as soon as you can. Start enjoying everything about this place.

Prices have sky rocketed in the last several months.

You don't indicate whether if you are planning to retire, and or keeping your present home, and moving here on a semi-permanet basis,. Carrying two house is a financial concern, and maintenance issues if you are away from either one.

If that is not the case, the time is now!!!!!

I only forsee prices rising, as it gets closer to build-out. Whenever that may be, but only Gary Morse knows that!!!!

There is an old saying, "what is is worth to get on with your life"?

Probably, this is too much info.

The sooner the better. There are many good buys particularly if you want to Gut and re-model. South of 466 is better if you chose not to gut, just simply re-model. New well then you get into, up-grades, landscaping etc. Anyhoo buy ASAP

When you find the house that has many of your "must haves" and most of your "wants" before rates and prices go any higher.
