Southern Oaks Bridge & Bexley Trail Opening - The Villages Construction Update #128 7
Any day now the new Southern Oaks bridge and Bexley Trail should be opening, in this video I take a look at the bridge and Bexley Trail as well as may other areas.
This video was delayed a few days while dealing with family happenings. Our Golden Retrievers Lilly and Sully had a litter of pups shortly after the last video came out and things have been a bit hectic around the Wiley house. There’s an update on the pups at the end of this video starting at the 34:15 point. The TAN segment of this video covers the new village of Newell and how much it has changed in less than 2 years. Enjoy, Don https://youtu.be/bn1JWONPyoE

Will be nice once that is in place. Would like to understand the emphasis to open McNeill South to 470? Great news that at least two new country clubs are planned for the new Championship courses. Excellent work by Don as always. Especially loved the puppy videos. |

Is there only 1 cell tower for that entire area? Nearly everyone has a cell phone, and one tower will be badly overloaded and there could be large dead spots.
Don: Do you know of any other cell sites? Maybe that tall round building by the school is a cell site? For that much land area, there needs to be at least 15 sites or more. |

I have to drive 50 miles in Michigan to get to a hospital. In TV drive 66 to Gainesville. If you are worried about a mass event. It will be handled just like it was 2 years ago.. morgues will have zero space. One more hospital won’t change that but one can always go to hospitals from Middleton quicker than going north

Clermont Hospitals are way closer to Middleton/Eastport than the hospitals up North.

McNeil to Central Parkway/470 will be the fastest route to the 470 turnpike exit, Meggison with over a dozen intersections and crossings at 30MPH is a bust. Across the bride at 3 traffic circles at 35+ will take about 1/2 the time. Bexley to 470 shortens the commute for the working people to take the kids to the new school.
