BBH,

I know they did at the Wellness Center in Spanish Springs. The Wellness Center is no longer owned by TV, so that may have changed. If you don't get better info from someone else, at least it gives you a starting point...

Hi Bailyboohoo,
Here's a link to the MVP Fitness Center in Spanish Springs.

I'm pretty sure the four fitness centers at the regional recreation centers would not have spinning classes, as there would be no place to store all the bicycles. However, to get a feel for what is offered, here's a link to the latest Recreation News.

Hey Shadow, good one.

There are many spin classes at MVP fitness club which is in Spanish Springs. It's a large, well equipped fitness club and all classes are included in your membership. Check out their web site and you can visit the site for the Spanish Springs site, you'll see all the classes and equipement. I take several spin classes a week and also do other classs as well, instructors are good, classes are fun !
