Default St Vincent's by cart ?

Wouldn't it been nice to have a small gate (golf carts or pedestrians only) in the fence at the end of Dividing Creek Path in Tamarind Grove so you can take your cart to St Vincent's Catholic Church on CR462?

Checked it out yesterday, and there are two lots that haven't been built on yet that could be an access. There is also a double fenced buffer zone on the edge of TV property that could possibly be used for a cart path, or parking.

I'm sure the residents wouldn't like the cart traffic, but if there was a full size gate somewhere they would really have quick way out to 462, the library, 466a and up north to 301 and 466.

Also, the timing on the traffic light at 462/466a allows only a few cars to make the left to go east back to TV before it changes. This causes a heck of a back-up all the way to the church.

I for one bought in Tamarind Grove because there was no access into the neighborhood except on Tamarind Grove road. I like it that way. It gives us a better feeling of security. I for one don't want access to CR462. That would also give access for some unsavory people that don't belong in TV. I'm just looking out for our investment and security. I do however simpathize with your dilemma.

I understand how you feel. But really, will a four foot rail fence stop anyone from getting in? We feel very secure living on a culdesac in Poinciana with most of my neighbors being frogs. That's one the reasons we bought where we did, and not on the "fringe".

We'll probably never see an access to CR 462 from Tamarind Grove since there isn't one from Buttonwood.

Just throwing out a more convievent way to hit "church row" on 462, especially with the plans almost fully approved for the new and larger St Vincent's.

Enjoy your new home.

We did not buy on that end of TG for that very reason. What we don't want is vehicle access to TG from there. Thats where the unwanted problems will come from, not by foot. It would be convenient for us to have an exit there also. We can drive a few blocks in order to sleep better at night. We selected our lot very carefully and wouldn't like to have that change now. I'm sorry that I dissagree with your suggestion. Still friends?

Oh yes, still friends. Understand your position completely. Just finding a way to do more things via cart, and not have to drive the car as much.

BTW. The Tamarind Grove pool is in one of the most beauitful settings in TV. Love those stately live oaks and landscaping. Just hope the open pasture stays that way and is not ruined by eyesores.

Well both of you all have a problem first if you want to go to church via cart you have one st Tim. Second you live in TV and act as it is a gated secure community and think that the people living outside TV going to harm or rob you. Yet if you need something you go out in the local area to get. One of the biggest problem is TV is large and going to get larger
With the amount of houses that are being build there are other things not being
Build ..there are two main drives Morse and bv everything feeds off of that. As for going to church via cart how would youcross 462 or just because you live in TV that should be overlooked. Why not let the people living in wildwood drive there cart to go to church
I guess to sum things up there will always be a need to go some places via car. As for the red light feel lucky it is there for many years there was none

I believe that TV only owns the property to the first fence anyway. I don't think that it is even a possibility

For Spell Checker on the internet:

In TOTV, click on Reply. Click on the ABCcheckmark in the upper right hand corner. Click on OK. Download and Install IeSpell. Shutdown all IE windows and restart IE. Click on Tools on the IE task bar and click on IeSpell Options to configure it for your use.

Bring up TOTV and do a reply. Click on Tools on the IE task bar and click on IeSpell to check the spelling.

During the first reply you will get a request to download an active X control. Click okay. Before you click OK save what you were typing because it will go bye-bye.

After it is loaded, you can right click on any note that you compose and click on Check Spelling.

You can also use this spell check on other internet sites. That is why I like it so much.

That was a cheap shot.
