I am guessing this is from irrigation water, so try Snow Cap (ACE hardware) it removes these stains very well.

Cut lemon in half and rub the stain while squeezing the lemon. Cheap and little elbow grease how I get stains off my concrete CYV walls.

I’m definitely not one to be confused with a tree hugger but have always sought out organic solutions to household problems. This is one my grandparents used for years with great success. Thank you for posting this...
