Default Renter vs Guest

Does anyone know the difference between being a "renter" and being a "guest"?

Default Is this a TRICK QUESTION?

Hmmmmm... ? The renter pays money to the owner for the privilege of living in the dwelling - the guest does not. The renter may be considered a permanent resident, or at least bound by the oral or written lease. The guest may come and go. Is the renter legal by the TV-Police? Is a guest restricted to a time limit by the TV-Police?

OK..... what's the answer ?

Usually the property owner (landlord) has to turn in their own amenities cards and then the landlord can authorize up to two amenity cards for his tenants. This costs the landlord a $50 fee paid to Hometown Property Management (TV). The same fee if it is for one week or six months. These cards give the renters free golf on the exec courses. Basically they get all the perks as if they were the property owner.

Guests cards are free. Guests can join in most activities but do not get the free golf.
