Exclamation Community watch license plates

Anybody know why CW has state vehicle license plates on their vehicles?
Are they a political subdivision of the State of FL?

How about Comcast......same thing.

The various community development districts of The Villages are governmental entities under Chapter 190. Any vehicles they own and operate, which would include Community Watch, can and should have "government" tags. That does not mean they are part of the State of Florida government but part of an official government entity within the State of Florida.

If you look closely at Comcast trucks, I think you will see it is fleet tags, not government tags.
