Just curious if anyone has added a screen door to their cottage home? If so, did this addition have to be approved? Any suggestions for a contractor?

When you are in doubt about anything that may or may not need Architectural Review approval - just give them a phone call directly. It is always 100% better to hear it directly from the office involved instead of getting opinions from a forum that may vary quite a bit.

We got ours at Lowe's and used their installer. He did a great job.
