Why do the Golf Cart paths need striped if people need white lines to drive on these they really shouldn't be driving. And go home before dark if you can't see. Next they will want traffic lights on the paths. Oh crap I should not have said that.

Traffic control lights, speed bumps every 200 feet, and blinky lights running the full lenght of the path. White ones on the sides and yellow in the center
