Walmart has a pretty good variety of succulents as does Lowe's as previously mentioned.
However, if you can find what you want at Walmart, they will be less expensive.

Florida Cactus Inc. in Apopka has a great selection of cacti and succulents. They do retail as well as wholesale sales. Worth the trip!

I second Florida Cactus. Takes about an hour to get there going the back roads, which is a relaxing drive. They have a nice variety to choose from.
