Well we are finally pulling the trigger and in the process of buying a courtyard villa in the Village of Pinellas. We are not yet ready to retire but we are hoping that we can rent it out unfurnished for the next 2 years!
We are currently looking at both Massey and Stellar to take care of our pest and lawn care. Anyone want to weigh in on either of these companies? Any services that we can do without?
We are so very excited and we know the 2 years will go by very quickly!!
