They kept Seabreeze closed for over 3 weeks to work on the heating and air issues….played bridge today, the temperature in the room was about 62 degrees! Said they couldn’t get it fixed or even turn off the air handler….certainly hope they don’t keep using the same contractor, and that they haven’t paid them yet!
