I’m moving to a Colony Patio Villa, 2/2 and needing the floor plan. The current owner does not have it. Can someone provide a copy here?

If the house is less than 10 years old you should be able to contact Sumter county Building Department for the house plans, sorry I have no idea for Marion or Lake counties.
