Default Questions about tile cleaning

We have never had our tile professionally cleaned . We have gotten three estimates this week and it's pretty costly. We are wondering if it's really worth the price when you have it done. Doesn't look that much better? Each company had its own method for cleaning tile also. What do other people use to clean their tile? We got everything from playing water, white vinegar solution each company had its own method for cleaning tile also. What do other people use to clean their tile? We got everything from playing water, white vinegar solution and the last one said they sell a special solution that's not as acidic as vinegar. Any information on the subject would be much appreciated

He has a big machine that is round and uses pads I believe He goes around in circles. Our tile was really bad and it came out like brand-new.

The company that installed our tile recommended vinegar.

Adam at Dirty Grout be Gone cleans tile pretty reasonably I think. He has a machine that does it and it looks like new when he is done.

Is his machine a high-powered steam cleaner? Our tile has a buildup in the traffic areas that doesn't come off with vinegar and water.

Default Dirty Grout Be Gone

They cleaned our ENTIRE house for $99. Did an excellent job. If you want a sealer, an additional $50. Highly recommend.

Does it use pads and spin or is it a steam cleaner? How much if you don't mind my asking?

I use a micro fiber mop and the cost was about $5.00.
