Default Sunday brunch

My mother's birthday is next month and I have family invited for a Sunday brunch. Now where? I saw that Katie Belles and Orange Blossom have brunches. Anywhere else? What would you recommend?

I like the ambience of Glenview. Will check that out. Thanks. And GG - yes my mother is incredible. She will be 96 (but don't tell her I told - she's very sensitive about that!). She walks to the postal station and back when I'm gone (about 2/3 mile), e-mails family and friends, and does her banking and investments online. And she's a great cook.

Your mother sounds AMAZING....good for her!!!! Happy B-day to her as well....

I have heard the Glenview brunch is VERY good as well as the other two mentioned! I think you would be fine any where you went....

Yes, Jo's Mom is terrific. I had the pleasure to meet her and she was ready to play a little tennis with us but she had another engagement .... pickleball, I think!

Why not try Bourbon St. restaurant on Main St. I believe that their brunch costs $12.95 per person. Everything else they do there is classy, & we like the atmosphere. And those beignets are good any time of the day!

It is out of the way, to be sure, but Harbor Hills Country Club in Lake County also does a magnificent brunch. A tad pricey, maybe, at $17 per person, but the food and ambience are excellent!
