You are so right, senior! Our [nj] county voc ed school offers a culinary program which is fantastic!!! the yeast breads and rolls that come out of that kitchen are the best!!! Their bakery is open twice weekly and breakfast, lunch, dinner are served 2x a week. The staff of the night is intro'd by the supv of the night and the kids often get a standing ovation for their efforts!

Don't know of one in the area of the villages.

Actually, The Villages High School has a culinary program. I went with a group of ladies for lunch that was made by the students. They treated it like a restaurant with the students acting as host/hostess, waiters and servers. It was very good.
