You can order them at any Championship Golf Course. They have a picture of all the golf holes and Will include it on your plaque.

I got a hole in one this summer myself. Only problem, the ball I was going to put on display went underground after putting into the 18th cup...never to be seen again. What's up with that?

Congratulations to anyone that has obtained a hole in one on a real course.
