Default Fully Furnished ?

I see houses that are for sale as "Fully Furnished". If we buy we want to bring our own stuff. Is there options for disposing of the included furniture?

Plenty of second hand thrift stores and churches that would love to have the donation.

Several consignment shops in the immediate area. They gave us 55% of what the items were sold for (bad english).

Make your offer to purchase the home only without any of the furnishings.

If you don't want any of it why should you have to deal with getting rid of everything, plus having your real estate taxes based on a purchase price which includes furniture you immediately get rid of.

If they really want to sell I'd think they would certainly consider an offer which was without the furnishings.
