Default Switched to Xfinity & love it

Just switched back to Xfinity and love it better than Brighthouse. Much better remote, Voice activated remote les me speak what show I want or actor/actress etc. iPhone apps are great. Lets me see my Facebook photos on TV with the APP. Only service that streams WVLG (99) and only service that broadcasts Villages TV (2). Took advantage of a mailer for a 2 year contact for $89/140 channels . Didn't include HD and found that out at time of install. So the added it free for 1 year, $10 a month after.

Their product is the best, their customer service the worst. I had a two year contract as well and they tried to raise the price after about 15 months. I had to battle to get the original price back by basically hanging up on the first person and calling back and getting another person. When the contract is up you'll have to battle with them as well.

Other than the service, my only complaint with Comcast is that I don't know of a way to filter out all but the channels I have paid for on the guide. You choose a channel and it says "free with subscription" which I find hilarious.

I believe Comcast is rated number 1 for worst customer service. I know the CEO made a statement that it would take years to make a significant improvement and the customers should be patient. I experienced that a few years ago so Comcast was not on my go to list but if you don't have any issues suspect their products are technologically fine. I now have Brighthouse, NO CONTRACT and their offerings fit my needs....if they don't I can go somewhere else without the fight (though since I am a never Comcast user not sure where that would be lol)

We switched to XFinity from CenturyLink a little less than a year ago, and couldn't be happier. Picture quality and internet speed are fantastic. I did have to replace the router, but a quick trip to the customer service center on 27/441 resolved the issue. I have had nothing but positive experiences with contacting their customer service. The tech even called me back an hour later to make sure the fix took place. Thumbs up for great service.
