I haven't received September's V-Mail yet but decided to check TV's web site. They've already posted two new videos: The Building of Brownwood Episode 9 whcih covers landscaping and the 5 entries to BW, and a bonus video describing the construction of a water tower. As usual Gary Corsair does an excellent job with both videos. BW is shaping up to be a great place to visit.

BW's tentative opening in Sept. was always intended to be just phase 1. Not sure how many or what they've planned for each phase of the project, but it will likely consume at least another year to completion. It's absolutely amazing what the private sector can do with tight schedules. If this was a municipal project, i.e. Boston's Big Dig, it would have assumed a life of its own!

I was in Toojays in Lake Sumter today and overheard the manager say that they will be opening another Toojays in Brownwood during Phase 2 which is in March of next year.
Looking forward to the opening of the new movie theatre, stores and restaurants as well as
the new town square.

Well that is a Toojay delay. The manager in Lake Sumter originally said it would be January.
