any one hear or know of new Villa's being built on 466A and Moyer (near where the new Walmart is being built) ?

The article from the other news source, showed people working on a new street sign, which mentioned the Walmart and new villas. I do not recall seeing any other info on the villas.

There will be 33 villas. The villas are not in the middle of the Sarasota golf course. They will border the cart part between the 4th and 5th hole. They will sit west of the new street that was just put in.
