Default Car audio recommendations?

I need a new audio system for my old Thunderbird. Anyone have experience with a local vendor?

I have installed several new radios in OLD cars, in all cases these were Mustangs. What I found were to go to the Thunderbird collectors websites, or suppliers for older T-Birds. In many cases, you will find new radios that are designed to drop into the existing dash without having to cut the dash. If you need help connecting all of the wires, send me a PM. I have rebuilt 8 cars over the last several years, 7 of which were Mustangs, and I am a retired electric engineer.
I have had very good luck with the after market radios designed for older Mustangs, with all of them offering very good reception and adequate auxiliary inputs for CD players, USB ports, etc.
