Is there a service or an individual who goes to Tampa AIrport? I have children coming in December and would love to have someone pick them up for me.

Just curious ... why you would pay more to go to Tampa vs. Orlando. Do you know that for a fact? They are both about the same distance from The VIllages. Takes about an hour and a half to get to either.

Tampa airport is about 85 miles from TV.
Orlando airport is about 65 miles from TV.

We always try to fly out of Tampa. Nicer airport. Easier to get to. No tolls (unless you take Veterans). Just a nicer experience. That being said, we always compare prices, and if Orland is a lot less, we will bite the bullet and go there..

We prefer Tampa too...renting a car is much easier and less expensive there!

And the airplane is not full of screaming kids going to Disneyland.

And most car rentals are at the main terminal, not a shuttle bus ride away.

Tampa's cell phone lot is much nicer also. Big 'Arrival & Departure' displays and real restrooms.
