We didn't have activity passes for that trip. We liked it more than we thought we would so we rented a patio villa for this year's visit.

We're from Hershey, PA, and we're ballroom dancers. So we had more activities to participate in than we could do. Every person we met was so nice and friendly and seemed so happy. Everywhere we went we were asked to join people at their table, whether it was at dances or outside Starbucks in the square. We came home with 9 business cards from people we met who asked us to contact them if we return to TV.

We met with a realtor and toured model homes. We were blown away by the beauty of TV. But more than the beauty, the activities, etc., the thing that we were amazed by the most was the kindness and friendliness of you residents. We never thought we would move from our current location, but you are the reason we're going to be moving to TV as soon as possible (unfortunately we can't move yet because we have a mother with dementia in a nursing home here in PA.) Everyone seems so happy. I found I was a kinder and happier person while I was there because of you all, and I like that about myself.

We realize that no place is perfect (we did meet one gentleman who told us we should look elsewhere because TV is getting too big and they're going to run out of water.) But we figure if we can live out the rest of our lives in a paradise like TV, we'll deal with whatever comes along.

We plan to return for a Lifestyle visit next March. Please don't change being the kind, wonderful, and friendly people you are.
We felt the same way when visited 17 years ago. Bought the 2nd manufactured house we saw on the original side.
If you do not mind waiting 1 or 2 hours to eat and the traffic from light to light. Great. People are still very friendly and many activities, but can get very busy in the winter. Suggest you come from November to April if you really want to see how busy it can get. Good luck.

1 to two hour wait? Where do you eat? I avoid 441 during the season and no problem. Try going out of the bubble, we are surrounded by awesome towns and places of business.
