Default Thanksgiving Dinner Recommendations Please

Lived here 19 years and never went out for Thanksgiving dinner so looking for recommendations besides Cane Garden (am familiar with their turkey dinners). Appreciate your input.

Publix has a complete dinner at a reasonable price that is excellent. Not fun going out on Thanksgiving with the rest of the world

Hate turkey. Hate it, hate it, hate it, hate it. Will spend Thanksgiving up North at my sister's. They hate turkey as well, so she does Italian.

I'll bring wine, and the Alka Seltzer.

World Equestrian Center in Ocala......some friends are headed that way with their family and sounds like a great offering.

Never had a bad experience at The Chop house. Turkey may not be their specialty but I would not hesitate going there for Thanksgiving.

Does Chop House offer a "soup to nuts" Thanksgiving meal?

One of THE most successful restaurants from our former area was FAMOUS for their incredible, truly home cooked sides, whole roasted local turkey, and what no other place ever did, each diner was presented with a small packet of sliced dark , lite, or mixed (you could choose !) turkey... enough for one sandwich that night or the next day. I always thought that was a brilliant marketing strategy even though they clearly had the most tasty holiday dinners in the area !
