Default thinking about moving

am I allowed to rent property? I am 45 years old, no kids. I am looking to move down to help take care of my mother who lives there. please help!!!

Yes, you can rent , no problem. It's a federal law that a certain % of population can be under 55 years of age.

I'm a few years old than you (almost 52). When I have rented in TV,I always let the landlords know I'm a few years shy of 55. It has not been a problem. I would think that if you explain to a landlord that your mom lives in TV, that would definitely work in your favor. Good luck to you.

You should be able to rent or buy. There is a quota for under 55 that is allowed. Relax.

I'm 51, my parents have been there for about 10 years. I cannot wait to retire and live in TV. So - I bought a villa. Can't retire yet, just counting down. If you want to rent my villa it is available until Feb. It is in St Charles.
