As I was listening to the heat pump running almost continuously some nites during our recent cold spell I was thinking that the electric bill is going to be huge. I was pleasently surprised when it came in at $107.00. I got to wondering how I compared to others? I have a Camellia model and I kept system at 72 during the day and 70 at night. I used 874 KWH during the January period of 29 days. I would be fun to see how others did with similar houses (Gardenia or Camellia). If there is anyone who did really well we could find out their secret!
